Main Goal:
Convert leads into bookings by calling potential and existing customers.
Duties:
Make outbound calls to follow up on inquiries from Instagram, WhatsApp, website, etc.
Explain photography packages (newborn, maternity, pre-wedding, wedding, etc.)
Share studio offers, promotions, and available slots
Maintain lead data in Excel or CRM software
Follow up regularly and convert hot/warm leads
Handle basic queries and pass serious inquiries to senior team
Skills Needed:
Good speaking skills (Gujarati, Hindi, English)
Confident and polite tone
Basic understanding of photography packages
Fast response time on calls/WhatsApp
