RENTING
Terms And Condition : 

* The goods / equipments have received by you in perfect condition in all respects

* Payment Trems : on dimand

* We shall have complite rights to take back and  the goods / equipment from you without notice

* Goods / equipment lying in your premises shall be at your risk and responsibility. For goods / equipment being

   taken outstation the goods / equipment shall be your responsibility the moment the goods / equipment leave

   your premises. In case of any breckdown or damage due to any reasonwhatsoever or theft or theft or the

   goods / equipment at you shall be responsible to the replace / repair   goods / equipment at your risk.

* Cancllation of booking shall be charged at  (one) shift.

* Conveyance and attendant charges would br extra. (attainder will be charged 500 rupees/day)

* Our decision shall be final in all matters.

* We shall not be liable for any claims any damage / losses of any your material being used in congunction with

   our equipment /services.

* I agree to received your updates from your company.

* The clint will be responsible for baking up date/footage during th shoot.

* invoice not cleared with 15 days, will be charged 3% per month as intrest.

* Rupees 500/- will be charged of cheque of cheque return due to any reason.

* Subject to Surat jurdiction only
